This website (https://designerclosethire.com.au/) and any services provided by Designer Closet Hire Australia & Designer Closet Consignment are governed by the terms and conditions set out below. When you place an Order for the purchase of an Item via this website, you are entering into a legally binding Purchasing Agreement and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All items we sell are authentic. If any item is found to be counterfeit, we reserve the right to charge a $200 administration fee prior to returning the item to you.
We authenticate all items using Bagaholic101. The cost is charged to the seller of the goods and is taken of the transferred final amount.
Sellers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items to Designer Closet Consignment. Designer Closet Consignment does not accept any responsibility for the loss of any items shipped to us by Sellers.
If Designer Closet Consignment, acting in its sole discretion, decides to return items to the Seller, the Seller’s original shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Designer Closet Consignment.
Designer Closet Consignment reserves the right to advertise the Seller's stock via its social media page including Instagram stories. Any decision to advertise stock in this way will be made at Designer Closet Consignment discretion. Designer Closet Consignment reserves its social media channels for the best stock it receives and uses this to advertise items belonging to a broad range of Sellers. The consignment of stock with Designer Closet Consignment is not a guarantee that items will be sold in this way.
Where an item has been posted on social media and it has not sold Designer Closet Consignment reserves the right to re list an item at a discounted price once discussed with the seller.
After 60 days if your items are unsold, they should be collected or returned (shipping covered by consignor).
We hold the stock for 60 days. Your items will be marketed on social media or www.designerclosethire.com.au
